OJSC 494 UNRhas its own industrial bases with up-to-date equipment. Product range issued by industrial divisions of OAO 494 UNRincludes production of a details complete outfit of a build-up reinforced-concrete apartment house of bearing-wall construction, a product from vibroextruded concrete, production of custom concrete, paving flag of various forms, flush kerb, warmly effective artificial stone "Teplosten" for building erection and facades finish. High-efficiency constructions for fixing of back walls are licensed for using by  road builders at a construction of MKAD and the third hoist ring.OAO 494 UNRhas a park of building and road-building equipment which includes dumptrucks, backdiggers, mobile concrete mixing stations, an asphalt stacker equipment and an asphalt mixing plant HOTMIX with production capacity up to 200 tons per hour.

UNR closely cooperates with more than 50 R&D Institutes controlling innovations in creation of materials and constructions, construction of buildings, roads and bridges.At the enterprise a special production-technical division in the management apparatus is created that is responsible for introduction of innovations. Special attention is given to quality control. On all production units the certificated and registered laboratories are operating.
