The author of the architectural project is the professor of International Academy of Architecture, the consultant of Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Mikhail Filippov, one of the most licensed Russian architects. They call him an alive classic, compare to outstanding Italian architect Andrea Palladio.
The area «Shchukino» where the complex is located, has a well-developed social infrastructure: set of shopping centers, restaurants, recreational zones, sports and fitness centers. But inhabitants of "MARSHAL" can receive a maximum of comfort without leaving the complex territory. In the administrative business building element there will be a shopping center, restaurants, cozy cafes, a perfectly equipped fitness-club with a pool.
Here a highly proficient appart-hotel on 70 numbers and offices of various organizations will be placed. All this will be accessible for urban residents, but it will not break a privacy of complex inhabitants.
